Eileen Norman Perice, Funeral Director, NJ Lic. No 5319

Eileen has been a licensed funeral director for over 40 years. She is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is the President of Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors of Atlantic County. She is also Senior Vice President of Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors, Inc and is Supervisor of the Philadelphia location.

Eileen has been a certified Grief Facilitator and death educator for children since 1994. She created the first grief support library on the East Coast and safe room for children at the Broad Street location. She has had the privilege of educating Hebrew school children and their parents, hospice nurses, and students at the Reconstructionist College in Wyncote, PA. about the Jewish rituals involving the dying, death and grief processes. She also worked with many local grief support groups as a guest speaker. For many years she helped facilitate meetings for Compassionate Friends grief support organization. She is honored to have helped so many families during their time of need. She feels strongly that allowing children to participate before, during and after the funeral ceremony is beneficial to their experience with death. Grief support can affect many people differently, remember that mental health support is also part of grief.
