Eric grew up in Lower Moreland, PA and graduated from Temple University in 1987. Following completion of Mortuary school, he was licensed as a funeral director in PA in 1990 and in NJ in 1991. He began his career with Goldsteins’ Rosenberg's Raphael Sacks in Philadelphia in 1979, working every Sunday and later worked all through high school and college learning every aspect of the business. He has been with Roth-Goldsteins’ Memorial Chapel, LLC since its' inception in 1995. From 2006-2016, he was served as President of the company. Eric retired in June 2019 and resides with his wife, Fran,  in St. Augustine, FL where he enjoys playing guitar and watching Philadelphia sports.
